2/25/12 | FRG welcomes Victor Rodriguez as a Director on our growing consulting team. Victor brings to this role over 30 years of experience in supply chain operations in acute care hospitals. Before joining FRG, Victor was the Director of Materials Management at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Inc. in Lakeland, Florida for fourteen years. Prior to that he was at Tampa General for twenty-seven years. Victor’s supply chain experience includes contract negotiations, group purchasing, value analysis, capital purchasing, inventory management, purchasing systems implementation, supply distribution, item master controls, accounts payable, fixed assets, policy development/ compliance, patient transport and logistical activities.
