Financial Resource Group, LLC (“FRG”) is a healthcare consulting company dedicated to putting the client in control of its financial future by providing services that meet the client's unique needs. We offer cost-effective, innovative management and finance solutions to complex problems all targeted at increasing client financial viability.
The partners - Matt Nelson, Alan Townsend, Jack Hess and Jeff Denum bring over 150 years of healthcare experience to the FRG consulting engagements. Their experience includes work with all types of healthcare institutions including for-profit, governmental, not-for-profit and faith-based hospitals, systems and physicians.
Improving financial performance is in the forefront of every Board member, CEO, and CFO's mind. How well net revenues, accounts receivable, long-range financial and capital planning, budgeting, and financing activities are managed impacts cash flow and bottom line performance. FRG recognizes that each client is unique and will create a comprehensive work program tailored to the needs of each client. Improving financial performance is not always just a matter of improving old receivables collection, as important as that is. A major factor is working with operational management to develop and execute operational improvement plans that achieve quick results. Operational buy-in and commitment to the improvements is crucial. It also includes correcting workflow, process and system deficiencies; addressing organizational issues, policies, procedures and controls; and developing reporting and tracking systems that assure measurement of, and accountability for, operating and financial results.
FRG has a demonstrated track record of achieving sustainable performance improvements for our clients. Our diverse experience represents the full spectrum of healthcare organizations in a wide variety of settings - from large, integrated urban networks to small, rural hospitals.
